New Clients must complete Annual RN Telehealth
$100 Med Clearance fee to our RN
We will automatically add this to your visit should it apply

All payments are non-refundable
5% credit card processing fee
10% payment plan fee
Card will be pre-authed to ensure available funds
Remaining balance collected at the time of your appointment
Insufficient Funds/ blocked cards will be cancelled and blocked from future bookings
LATE WINDOW
10 minute Late Grace Window
$50 Late Fee if we can accommodate
NO more than 15 min or considered No Show
RESCHEDULES/ CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS
72 Hour Window to Reschedule/ Cancel, or Revise
Outside of window (considered No Show):
Loss of Full Deposit
No Show Fee = 100% cost of services booked
1 reschedule allowed
No contact no show = blocked from booking

May not combine coupons/ discount codes/ referral credits
Must book during flash sale to apply

Banked product must be used within 20 days of opening (tox: 30 days)
