$100 Med Clearance fee to our RN

Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Tap, Cash,
Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, & AfterPay
All payments are non-refundable
5% credit card processing fee
10% payment plan fee
Card will be pre-authed to ensure available funds
Remaining balance collected at the time of your appointment
Insufficient Funds/ blocked cards will be cancelled and blocked from future bookings

Outside of window (considered No Show):
Loss of Full Deposit
$150 No Show Fee
1 reschedule allowed
No contact no show, or 2nd offense = blocked from booking
